Honest, helpful, professional business. Joe did his best to fit me in so that I could have my Class A RV ready for a quick trip. He kept every promise he made and was truly delightful to work with. Kenny, the mechanic who worked on it, went above and beyond, finding and removing critters and their nests before more problems ensued. He seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I had no problems on the road. Everything was done exceptionally well and I am more than satisfied. The prices were reasonable and there were no surprises. Additionally, the personnel were ethical, courteous, and service-oriented.

We dealt with Alan Taylor at the Concord location to get new tires for our RV. The service was second to none. I knew from the first phone call with Alan that I wanted PTT to do this service. They beat the price from our RV club discount. The work was done in one day and Alan assisted us with installing the TPMS sensors. Can't say enough good things about our experience! Thanks Alan!!!

I am grateful to the tech Derek Faison at the Warsaw location for going the extra mile to help us with our air conditioning compressor problem. We were traveling back to Maryland when our AC went out. We called Piedmont Truck Tires in Warsaw and despite being near their closing time and servicing other vehicles, they took us in and worked on our vehicle enabling us to get back on the road and make it home comfortably. The personal care and service meant everything to us and we will tell anyone if they need their vehicle serviced to contact Piedmont Truck Tire in Warsaw, they care about you and your car. I would recommend this location and the people there for all their commercial truck tires. Nathan always is pleasant and easy to work with. Thoroughly impressed! This is my first visit here and it is refreshing to find a repair shop that seems to operate in a high ethical standard. Gordon, Megan, and Jesse made my visit worthwhile. They were courteous and professional. Jesse repaired my tire quickly and got me back on the road to pick up my load. It's good to know that they offer a host of services beyond truck tires. I highly recommend them!

My Acura was towed to the Warsaw location on a Sunday, after hours. I had no idea of the location, as I had to head to Raleigh. The only contact I had was over the phone with Lisa. She was a pleasant voice to hear, especially having no idea of the exact location of my vehicle. Lisa explained that it would be looked at, and she'd call me back with details. She did just that! My car was well taken care of, and Lisa was amazing with communicating so well with me through the process. The next day I received a follow-up call to ensure that me and the car were doing well. Thanks to Piedmont for caring so much. Piedmont Tire Rocks!!!!!

The staff at Piedmont were amazing helpful when I recently had a scary tire malfunction on I-40. Both manager Lisa and operator Miguel went beyond measure in their professionalism and assistance. They made me feel comfortable and helped me get the best tire replacement available. Honestly, they have restored my faith in people and in service. Made A Bad Night Not That Bad

I was towing a truck from Wilmington to Raleigh in Tuesday night and had a blowout on my tow truck. I was able to locate and call Piedmont Tire Warsaw at about 10:00. I talked with Lisa and she was very professional and was able to get service scheduled right away. She told me what I should expect to pay and it was a really good price considering the situation. No other Roadside Assistance service shop will even give you a ballpark figure. "We will figure that out tomorrow" is what the others said. Lisa said that a Technician would be there in about 45 minutes, which is outstanding on an after hours call. Mickey was the technician and he made it there in about 30 minutes! WOW! I have been in the tire business for over 20 years working for both Goodyear and Michelin and Mickey was the most professional and polite technician I have ever encountered. He was quick to change the blown out tire and did not cut any corners. his work was precision and he made sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be. Thank you Lisa and Mickey for making a bad night not that bad after all.

3:00 on a Friday afternoon. Blew out boat trailer tire and limped into the Rest Area. Called Piedmont and they didn't have anyone available for road service. Got 2 Frozen lugs that will not budge. Called back. They took a man off another job and sent him to the trailer, got the wheel off, changed the tire and I went to the shop and they stayed after 5 to put 3 more new tires on. Lisa was GREAT and Mikey was super nice and efficient. Can't say enough good things about this operation!

My family and I were going camping and hauling our 5th wheel on 40 when our F350 dually began making a very loud roaring noise. We stopped in Warsaw but could not see anything like a flat tire or such. My husband called Piedmont and they were able to see us then. Moments after we got there the mechanics had the truck on the lift and found the front wheel bearing had disintegrated. The wheel had about a 20 degree lean. The mechanics began immediately trying to find the parts needed but the parts had to be ordered and would arrive the next day. They allowed us to leave the camper parked in their parking area overnight while my family and I went back home. The mechanics started on our truck first thing the next morning and had the work completed by 2p. We were able to pick up both the truck and camper and head out to the campground. We cannot thank Piedmont enough for fixing our truck in such a timely manner so we could still enjoy our camping trip. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
They Still Know The Real Meaning of Service

I own and operate a large casket company in Raleigh and have been a customer of your firm for several months. During this time, we have been satisfied with the level of service received until now.
We are changing our opinion from satisfied to amazed due to the actions of one of your employees, Mr. Ken Leute.
In the death care business, you only get one chance to do things right, so the on-time delivery of a casket is ultra-important. We can't afford to let the funeral home down due to a problem in the delivery process with one of our trucks in the fleet. When I called our service contact representative at your firm, Mr. Rick Nilles, to ask for help for one of our vehicles, he said he would dispatch someone who is the best at what he does.
And Rick sent the right person!
Ken arrived ahead of time, identified the electrical problem in our truck's rear lift system and did a temporary "fix", until he could order and install a new circuit board. The amazing part of this already great service was that Ken started and finished during a torrential downpour of rain which left him soaking wet - but never complained about it. Talk about customer service!
In today's marketplace things like this just don't happen much anymore. Our congratulations to you and your company for finding folks like Ken and Rick. They still know the real meaning of service.

We had 2 tires on our rv blow. I called Piedmont from google. From the woman that answered the phone to the dispatch man. Specially Gerald that came out to change our tires everyone was caring and professional. They turned what could have been a horrible experience into a managable if not enjoyable experience.
